ALAIN CARDON

Master Certified Coach since 2002, mostly recognized for his specific competencies in team and organizational coaching, Alain Cardon is also a coach trainer and coach supervisor with coach students in France, Belgium, Germany and Romania where he has opened a coaching school in 2007 where he resides and works four months per year.

As far as his style in individual coaching for executives and personal clients with life coaching issues, Alain has developed a personal, confronting and empowering coaching style which may be defined as a blend of brief, systemic, creative, and breakthrough approaches. Although French national and part-time resident, his intensely international personal life and carreer also makes it difficult to define Alain's coaching heritage as originating from one or another specific school of thought, one or another national frame of reference.

IONELIA CHIRVASE

Ionelia followed her vocation to assist professionals from middle and top management in career building. In her capacity as human resources consultant, she worked for national and international companies of many industries, such as FMCG, oil & gas, heavy industry, telecom, auto, real estate, constructions, advertising, chemical industry, energy, pharmaceuticals, retail.

After a 7 years experience in human resources, she joined the Metasysteme Coaching team. From this new position, as coach, Ionelia is set to contribute to reaching the profesional and personal objectives of her clients, so that hopes and dreams turn into reality, so that weaknesses become strenghts, challenges turn into opportunities.

Graduate of a Human Resources Master, with training in Transactional Analysis (with Julie Hay), experiential psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, hypnosis, NLP, Ionelia had the next step to coaching under the guidance of Alain Cardon.

MONICA GRIGORIU

Monica has 14 years of business experience in a variety of roles and positions including ONU business consultant for SMEs, head of reporting department for NCH Advisors Inc, an investment fund, head of World Trade Center events department.

More recently, Monica has trained with Julie Hay in organizational Transactional Analysis and for three years with Alain Cardon in Systemic Coaching. She is a founding partner of Metasysteme Coaching in 2007. She is now putting her experience and passion at the service of people and organizations both as a trainer and as a coach to accompany individuals and teams to achieve their full potential.

Monica holds a BA in Marketing. She is a CIPD member and a member of Romanian Coaching Association. She is also interested in social responsibility programs where she coaches educators on a voluntary basis.

MIHAELA PADURARU

Mihaela Paduraru has been a manager for 11 years, of which the last four were as General Manager for two companies in the telecommunication industry. During this operational experience, she became passionate about tactical issues such as how to motivate teams, how to increase effectiveness and how to lead people towards higher performance and results. To better accompany her teams and organizations in those realms, she decided to develop her coaching skills. Her main achievements were important increases both in individual management development and in executive team performance.

Mihaela is very comfortable working both in French and in English. She holds an MBA and has extensive experience in leading people through major changes, stimulating success and results-oriented thinking.

In 2009 she stopped her hands-on management activities to work solely as a coach. Today, she has joined the Metasysteme Coaching team in Romania and is continuously developing her executive coaching and team coaching skills by putting her experience and competencies at the service of corporate clients.
