Coaching & Consulting Network

Eight day (plus one day supervision) intensive  training on systemic coaching to acquire the essential skills and strategies to become a masterful systemic coach and leader.  This program is designed both for established coaches and entrepreneurs who want to revisit their fundamentals and acquire powerful systemic tools and skills to boost their leadership and coaching practice, and for beginning coaches who want to establish a solid foundation for their profession.

The Metasysteme "Systemic Coaching Fundamentals" program is part of an ICF-vaidated LEVEL II program.

networks and teams.  These are tailored to serve as practical collective
learning vehicles. 

• October 22-23, 2026.  Two days of training
  on how to map-out successful individual, team and organizational
  systemic behavioral sequences and accompany practical change.
  (Individual, team and Organizational Diagnosis).

  collective capacity to re-invent a better qualitative and quantitative
  future (Breakthrough Processes)

• December  17-18-19, 2026: Three days on systemic team and organizational-coach
  Supervision and mentoring to anchor the acquired team-coach skills.

The follow-up will rest on each participant's and network's/team's ambitions.

order to align with modern-day professional challenges, this configuration of the « METACOACH » program will only be delivered online.

Intensive international systemic individual and team coach SUPERVISION MARATHON three days,

Participating in this type of event is one of the best ways to prepare for an ICF ACC, PCC, or MCC certification process.  A three-day marathon provides 21 hours CCEUs plus three hours of individual  mentoring.  Participating in the Fundamentals program, this supervision marathon plus the METACOACH program (above) also contributes to a Metasysteme's LEVEL II certificate of presence.
