Coaching & Consulting Network

After a full ten days working in Bucharest, Geanina and I have spent a long week-end recuperating in the hills, close to Sinaia.  Our program: enjoy each other’s company breathe in the fresh air, go for two long hikes, visit a local chapel and a monastery, feast our eyes on majestic landscapes and beautiful shades of fall colors.  And we also slept exceptionally full nights.  Once again, we have avoided meeting with the proverbial local bears. They must be getting ready for hibernation.       

Top of the world:

Tuesday morning October 25, we went to France for two weeks, but we will come back to Bucharest for the ARC conference scheduled for November 10 and 11.  This conference is mentored by four of the main “coaching” schools in Bucharest including Metasysteme Coaching.  It offers local trainees and coaches rare opportunities to be stimulated in participative workshops, meet new people and network, listen to challenging presentations, experience a larger perspective of the coaching profession in Romania and participate in co-creating the Romanian coach community, ...  I will personally deliver a conference on the 11th.  The subject:  coach-client resonances in systemic coaching.  Hope to see you there.   For more information and to register: contact@coaching-arc.ro .

On the same trip, on November 17 and 18, I will also deliver two days of professional training on the core team coaching skills and strategies used by Metasysteme Coaching in a wide variety of executive, functional and operational teams, worldwide.   This very practical approach for team coaches, team managers and consultants provides a performing approach to accompany teams towards much more effectiveness and much higher performance.   Beyond just working with teams, I will also share a number of organizational coaching processes that can be very effective in accompanying several teams simultaneously by delegating the learning and development work, in order to coach groups of up to eighty people.  This type of large-group coaching work permits rapid change both in organizational cultures and in their results.   For more information and to register: https://www.metasysteme-coaching.ro/romana/contact/

On November 15 and at the Carturesti Library, Bucharest center, we will have an informal evening get-together to feast my latest book published in Romanian:  “Dictionar de coaching comentat.” by Codecs Publishing.  The book is available on the market since early October, but a book-signing event is always a good excuse to meet, have a glass of wine, and network.  Come as you are, at 7:00 pm,  Str. Arthur Verona, nr. 13 -15 Bucuresti.
