The year 2012 will soon become a blurry memory. Notice that since Christmas, days have already been getting longer and brighter. Spring and then summer are just around the next bends. So much electricity and excitement in the air!
May all of you have a fantastic year in 2013. We wish you quality time with close friends, deep loving connections, unexpected successes, and excellent health to enjoy it all. And thank you for your dear and faithful presence at our sides.
Personal thoughts:
Somewhere along the way during 2012, it seems that I have stopped setting myself precise goals, elaborating myself complex projects and consciously aiming for ambitious professional outcomes.
Don’t get me wrong: I have not become much lazier. And I am not indirectly considering a gradual form of professional retirement. Although I have developed my skills and achieved exceptional results during this past year, these have all come very naturally, almost effortlessly. More than ever, I deeply feel that I have actively participated in co-developing better futures. I consequently know that I will continue serving individuals and teams to help them achieve who they are and increase their contribution to creating a better world. It even feels as if my best personal and professional years are yet to come!
Today, I feel that I am so confidently focused on being profoundly present to ongoing, shared processes that setting ambitious goals and designing efficient plans to achieve them has become a totally superfluous exercise. I am indeed more trustful that countless unexpected, innovating interactive opportunities will playfully and gracefully replace whatever precise outcome I may consciously set out to achieve. So today, I am simply not wasting time locking my sights into clearly defined goals and plans. I am just deeply trustful that in the future, I will most probably discover and realize more than ever before.
Consequently, if I have a reasonably planned agenda that will keep me active for the coming months, I feel that much more pertinent objectives and results will emerge as the year unfolds. Staying poised to seize and develop these creative, apparently peripheral opportunities is in fact my real goal. Interestingly, I also firmly believe that my clients will also need to let go of their conscious goals in order to achieve other unexpected outcomes. In that open, non-aligned strategy focused on seizing emergieng opportunities, we will paradoxically be quite aligned.
So in order to keep myself connected with the global flow and to surf with positive environmental energies, I will continue to design processes and coach in order to accompany clients and friends. The underlying goal is to both to help them adapt to our shared, apparently chaotic economic and political context, and to help them uncover and become who they truly are. To do this, I will continue doing what I do best: 1) being a coach, 2) teaching systemic coaching 3) sharing through articles and books.
Below are some information and links to stay connected and to participate in my professional activities this year. Beyond Romania and France, these activities will hopefully take me from Canada to Sweden, to Latin America, and hopefully to other unexpected horizons. Being a Coach:
Beyond working with individuals and accompanying teams, I will continue to focus on exploring different facets of organizational coaching, or accompanying large groups of leadership teams. This larage-group coaching approach powerfully allows for corporate realignment and leadership culture development. Coach Training:
Over the years, our Metasysteme Coach Academy coach-development programs have become a preferred learning environment to develop systemic coaches. It has also fostered an innovative Systemic Coaching school of thought that has profoundly stimulated the maturing Romanian coaching community.
